An Auckland-based employer is seeking a General/Skilled Labourer to join their team. No experience necessary for entry level positions. Training and development will be provided to individuals who demonstrate the right attitude and willingness to learn in a supportive team environment.  

Responsibilities:  

• Performing construction-related tasks such as Moving Materials, Digging etc. 
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of worksites by clearing debris and rubbish. 
• Assisting builders. 
• Safely handling and transporting materials and equipment, including basic power tools (if experienced). 
• The starting rate varies from minimum wage dependent on skills and experience. 
• This long-term opportunity is ideal for physically fit, punctual, and reliable individuals with good communication skills. Applicants must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work visa. 

Must be physically fit and reliable, with the ability to lift heavy items (up to 25 kg) A minimum of a restricted driver’s license with reliable transportation is required Transport to the site can be provided from our yard Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug test Criminal convictions will be considered on a case-by-case basis
